We didn't invent anything, we simply take our mission at heart. We have no office in town, all our teams live in the villages. We like a lot what Lao Tseu, Chinese philosopher (700 AC) said:

Go toward people
Live with them
Learn from them
Like them!
Begin with what they know

Build with what they have to start with
And, when it is finished,
They will be delighted
And will say: We made it ourselves!

We were skeptical when the villagers of Long My said that their priority was to build bridges and  concrete paths: in order to sell their harvests at a better price, for the children to go to school without risking falling off the «monkey bridge »... We followed them, they covered 75% of the expenses! They proudly say: " We made it". Read our "vision" and our "mission".
